Encryption, Storage, and Credential Safety Explained

All communication between you, Idle Pilot, and Slack happens over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. Your Slack session tokens and account data are stored in a backend database with access limited to the Idle Pilot service itself (and closely controlled admin access).

Those tokens are only used to run your cloud Slack session according to your schedule. They are not shared with other customers or used for any other purpose.
